Most airtime and bundle purchases are delivered instantly after successful M-Pesa payment confirmation.
Can I get a refund if I entered the wrong number?
Airtime and bundles cannot be reversed once successfully delivered, so please confirm your delivery number carefully before paying.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa via STK Push, Paybill, and Till Number.
What are your business hours?
We are open Monday - Saturday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Sunday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
